I have tried many ceremonial cacao brands but Spirit Cacao is by far the best. The texture, the flavour, the community. I just love it all. Spirit Cacao is so creamy and has a velvety texture that just melts in your mouth. I particularly love the smell, it’s so rich. I sit with cacao for many reasons, mostly to help me ground and maintain balance in my life, but it provides me with so much more. I have personally found the more I create time to sit with intention, the more productive and present I am. If I’m feeling flat my go to is cacao and if I need energy it’s also cacao.
