Returns & Refund

At Spirit Cacao, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not happy with our product, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy.

Refunds:

We stand behind the quality of our products, and if you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly provide you with a full refund. Simply reach out to our dedicated customer service team within 30 days of the invoice date of purchase to initiate the refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
  • Defective or Faulty: We will issue a refund for items that are defective or faulty. Please provide photographic or video evidence of the defect or fault, along with your proof of purchase. Email this information to he***@sp*********.au to initiate the refund process.
Please note that all claims for defective or faulty items must be made within 30 days of the invoice date of purchase.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or not suitable purchases. However, if your item is defective or faulty, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange. Please follow the steps outlined under the “Eligibility for Refunds” section above to initiate the exchange process.

Refund Process:

For approved refunds, we will issue the funds back to the same method of payment that was used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Third-Party Purchases:

If you made your purchase through one of our authorised third-party retailers or wholesalers, kindly contact the store from which you purchased the goods. They will assist you with any returns or refunds according to their own policies.
