SPIRIT YIN ONLINE TRAINING – an online training suitable for everyone and everybody.
Learn the art of holding space and sharing the practise of yin to others or deeply embodiying this practise for self.
There is a language that speaks beneath words – the language of stillness, of breath, of being.
Within the quiet, the body remembers. The heart softens. The spirit whispers, “I am home.”
This is Spirit Yin – a journey beyond form. A sacred training for teachers, healers, and seekers who wish to embody Yin not only as a practice, but as a way of life.
You will learn not only how to share Yin Yoga – but how to truly embody the qualities of yin, how to listen deeply, to hold space with grace and to immerse yourself in inner peace.
This is where teaching becomes transmission. Where knowledge becomes wisdom. Where practice becomes prayer.

🕊️ Spirit of Stillness is a Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Led by Beck Hall online via Zoom this October.
Suitable for facilitators, care givers, space holders or anyone wishing to hold safe yin spaces for others. Also to embody this practice more deeply for self. If you are already a yoga teacher, this is suitable and can even be a great refresher if you are already a yin teacher! Very suitable for beginners.
Spirit Yin Training invites you to move beyond the shape of the pose and into the subtle language of the body, the breath, and the spirit.
