I have tried many ceremonial cacao brands but Spirit Cacao is by far the best. The texture, the flavour, the community. I just love it all. Spirit Cacao is so creamy and has a velvety texture that just melts in your mouth. I particularly love the smell, it’s so rich. I sit with cacao for many reasons, mostly to help me ground and maintain balance in my life, but it provides me with so much more. I have personally found the more I create time to sit with intention, the more productive and present I am. If I’m feeling flat my go to is cacao and if I need energy it’s also cacao. There are so many benefits!! By far Spirit Cacao is my favourite!! Thank you Spirit Cacao for providing such amazing ceremonial grade cacao!

Spirit Cacao is the best Cacao by far!!! It comes in small pieces which makes it easy to prepare. I really love its richness but at the same time it’s not bitter. I followed the recipe they have on their IG using Coco Quench and maple syrup, it turns out so smooth, rich and creamy every time. It’s unbelievable they have such top quality Cacao at that price, it’s cheaper than most of the other brands out there. Also the shipping is super fast, my order arrived in just 3 days.
