THE SPIRIT METHOD
The Spirit Method weaves together Yin Yoga and Ceremonial Cacao to support a deeply embodied, heart-led approach to teaching and facilitation. It is a pathway for learning how to embody the practice, hold safe and grounded space, and share with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Rooted in nervous-system awareness, connection, and reverence, the Spirit Method offers practical tools, lived knowledge, and ethical foundations that empower teachers and space-holders to guide others with authenticity, presence, and trust – honouring both the medicine and the people they serve.
Cacao + Sound with Beck Hall + Taylor Sol – Saturday 7 February from 4.30pm – 6.00pm. Join us for a heart-centered afternoon of connection, presence and receiving – a gently gathering where you are invited to soften and arrived fully.Â
We begin opening the heart with our sacred spirit cacao and integrate the journey with a powerful sound healing by Taylor Sol.
Spirit Yin Online Training – suitable for everyone and everybody. Learn the art of holding space and sharing the practice of yin with others or simply embody the practice for self. We come together via zoom in this intimate container and learn the principles of yin and how to create and share the practice in your way.
Spirit Cacao Ceremony Training – is a chance to learn the art of ceremony and how to guide with integrity and connection to this sacred medicine. You will be lovingly guided to share the magic of ceremony with heart and reverence. Suitable for anyone that is curious about the powers of her spirit and how to weave the medicine with what you already share. Beginners also encouraged to apply.
 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training + Spirit Cacao Training – yoga alliance certified. Learn how to safely and confidently teach Yin Yoga, how to create intelligent sequences, the principles of yin and how to teach with awareness, compassion and confidence. Suitable for everyone and everybody. You can include Spirit Cacao Ceremony with this training also. Held at Wildfire Eumundi on the Sunshine Coast.
